Is Bob available for Mac or mobile?
Not yet — Bob currently runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).
Which meeting apps does it work with?
Bob listens to your computer's speaker/headset output, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other calling apps on Windows.
Which languages are supported?
Answers can be in English or Indonesian (set in Settings), and Code Assist's language can be set separately.
Where is my CV stored?
Your profile and CV stay on your own computer, not on our servers. When Bob drafts an answer, the relevant parts are sent to our AI provider for processing and are not stored by us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Does Bob show up when I share my screen?
You can hide Bob instantly (Ctrl+Alt+H), and the screen-capture shield in Settings keeps Bob's windows out of most Windows screen-sharing apps. We can't guarantee it for every app or for a physical camera — always check before your interview.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. You pay for each period yourself. When it ends you can buy again whenever you like — there are never hidden charges.
Can I pay from outside Indonesia?
Right now payments go through QRIS, which works with Indonesian e-wallets and banking apps. International card payments are on the way — contact us at if you'd like to be notified.
Is there a free trial?
We hand out free-trial vouchers from time to time. Enter the code in the app under Account.
What if something goes wrong, or I want a refund?

Are the AI's answers always right?
Not always. Bob helps, but the final call is yours — double-check numbers, facts and code. Also make sure using Bob is in line with the rules of the hiring process you're in.
